Online Shopping Return Policy
- Your satisfaction is our main priority and we apologize if your purchase did not work out. We will gladly return all unwashed, unused and fragrance free merchandise that have the original tags and in the original packaging by mail or in store within 21 days for a refund in the amount of the purchased price (less any shipping charges).
- Wrap your return package securely. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the item(s) are not in proper condition.
- If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have purchased online and you choose to return by mail, the package must be received at Cindy’s within 21 days from the date of purchase. Once we receive the items in proper condition, you will be refunded.
- If an item that you have purchased is currently unavailable, you will receive an email to notify you with an estimated shipping time for that specific item. In the meantime if you purchased other items they will be shipped and we will mail the item(s) that were out of stock to you as soon as possible at no further delivery charge.
- Pierced earrings, undergarments and food products are final sale.
- Cindy’s is not responsible for shipping, handling and other additional charges for returned items.
- We highly recommend all returns are to be sent via a traceable carrier. Cindy’s is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier.
- We will not accept COD deliveries.
- When returning product by mail please indicate reason for each item you wish to return and include a copy of the receipt.

- Pickup in store returns– If your items are available “pickup in store only” your order will be available in store for 14 days after you have received your “ready for pickup” confirmation email. If the item(s) are not picked up within the 14 days a restocking fee of 25% of your total purchase will be deducted and the difference will be refunded.
- Cindy’s does not offer online exchange. If you have an item that you are not satisfied with you must return that item and reorder the new item as two separate transactions. In a case where we have sent the wrong item we will replace it once you have shipped the item back (return shipping fees paid by us).
- Damages in the mail- if you receive your item(s) in the mail damaged please send a picture of the box before you open it and a picture of the damaged item(s) to email@example.com. Once the claim is complete we will resend you your item(s) at no further charge.
